How can we help?
Common questions
In Nari, open Settings → Partner Mode → Invite my partner, choose a sharing goal, review what will be shared, and accept to get a six-character code. Your partner taps “I have a partner code” on Nari's welcome screen (or Settings → Partner Mode → I have a code from my partner) and enters it. Codes are single-use and expire after one hour — if it lapses, simply generate a new one.
Your data is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud, protected by Apple's encryption, and you can lock the app with Face ID or your passcode. Anything you share with a partner is encrypted with AES-256 before it leaves your device. Nari has no servers of its own, no analytics, and no ads.
It depends on the goal you choose, and Nari shows you the exact list before you connect. With every goal your partner sees your current phase, the mood you logged today, and suggestions on how to support you. With Self-care, today's symptom types (never their severity) also shape those suggestions. With Trying to conceive, they also see your cycle day, when your next period is expected, and an estimated fertile window, and today's flow shapes the suggestions. Notes and your history are never shared. You can change the goal or unlink at any time.
Nari offers gentle estimates based on your own history — when your next period might arrive and, if you're trying to conceive, an estimated fertile window. They're estimates, not medical predictions, and Nari is not a contraceptive method. The more cycles you log, the better those estimates reflect your rhythm.
No. Nari does not use HealthKit and never reads or writes Apple Health data. You log your cycle directly in Nari.
Open Settings → Delete All Data. It removes your cycle data from your device and your private iCloud, withdraws any pending invite, and ends an active partner connection. A small connection record without any cycle data remains so both apps know the connection has ended. You can also delete individual entries at any time, and deleting the app removes its local data.
If you shared your cycle: Settings → Partner Mode, tap your partner, then Unlink partner. If you're the partner: open the “…” menu on the dashboard and choose Unlink. Either way, sharing stops and you can connect again later with a new code.
